A Fit Munchkin

minutia-and-mishigas:

And this how you do the toe drag, shift from the forehand to the backhand, protect the puck with your skates from 3 defenders and score, top shelf.

Skill, determination, talent and practice, practice, practice.

80lbs! Boom! Gone! Hahaha…well, it took awhile (but it should!) and I did it! Changed my lifestyle (this also took a long time to master!) and found my balance. Life is not all about weight loss, so don’t restrict or put pressure on yourself. There’s no quick fix, all you need is time. You can do it if you want to. Trust me! Every little change adds up :) Stay positive! (@e_mags) [height-5’9, first picture -US Size 18, second picture - US size 2-4]

SO SO SO MOTIVATIONAL.

The before picture is me at 146 pounds and the after picture is of me at 114.8 pounds. I am 5’1. It has taken me a year to get this far and it was through HARD WORK. I fell off track a couple of times but I got right back on it. I never gave up and I am so happy with my results. I am so much more confident in my body. I am working on toning up since the serious weight loss part is over. I exercised everyday, cut out all soda and ate clean to the best of my ability. It may seem hard at first but if you keep at it and don’t lose faith, you’ll get there.
